Ingredients:
| 85 g 2.99 oz/wt | Pulled or diced chicken (cooked) |
| 85 g 2.99 oz/wt | Mexican cheese blend-shredded |
| 1 pc 1 pc | Flour-tortilla - 10" |
| 1,5 tbs 1.5 tbs | Jalapeno ranch |
| 85 g 2.99 oz/wt | Pulled or diced chicken (cooked) |
| 85 g 2.99 oz/wt | Mexican cheese blend-shredded |
| 1 pc 1 pc | Flour-tortilla - 10" |
| 1,5 tbs 1.5 tbs | Jalapeno ranch |
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked diced chicken and jalapeno ranch.
- Evenly distribute half of the shreaded cheese over half of the tortilla.
- Place sauced chicken evenly over one half of the tortilla.
- Use remaining cheese to cover sauced chicken.
- Fold the filled tortilla in half and place on a Merrychef Panini Press Tray.
- Place Quesadilla into a hot Merrychef Pannini Press. Cook.
- Slice, Plate, Garnish, and Serve.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked diced chicken and jalapeno ranch.
