The new Merrychef conneX^® range has an easy to operate 7” HD touchscreen and new generation easyTouch^®2.0 intuitive controller.

Built from high grade stainless steel construction inside and out, it meets the demands of a corrosive Marine environment. It is designed to endure the elevated levels of vibration and shock for Marine application. A patented easy access front mounted air filter and a sealed rounded edge cavity makes it easy to clean. Wi-Fi and ethernet connectivity with access to KitchenConnect cloud allows remote updating of menus across multiple ovens.
