Ingredients:
2 tbs 2 tbs Guacamole
2 slice 2 slice Bacon
1 slice 1 slice Sourdough bread

Preparation:
  1. Assemble the panini press and place it onto the cavity stubs. Close the oven door and preheat as required.
  2. Place toast and bacon onto the liner and insert it into the preheated panini press.
  3. Cook as per oven profile.
  4. Spread the avocado onto the toast, top with bacon and garnish.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
