Ingredients:
| 45.36 g 1.6 oz/wt | Naan flatbread, prebaked |
| 39.69 g 1.4 oz/wt | Crushed tomatoes |
| 28.35 g 1 oz/wt | Soft mozzarella |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Fresh basil, sliced |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Kosher salt |
| 1 pinch 1 pinch | Fresh cracked black pepper |
Preparation:
- Drain tomatoes and reserve. Slice mozzarella and reserve.
- Top flatbread with even layer of tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Place sliced cheese on top of tomatoes. Place it on the plate.
- Cook as per oven profile, top with the basil and serve.
Tips:
- For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
- To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
