Ingredients:
45.36 g 1.6 oz/wt Naan flatbread, prebaked
39.69 g 1.4 oz/wt Crushed tomatoes
28.35 g 1 oz/wt Soft mozzarella
1 tbs 1 tbs Fresh basil, sliced
1 pinch 1 pinch Kosher salt
1 pinch 1 pinch Fresh cracked black pepper
Preparation:
  1. Drain tomatoes and reserve. Slice mozzarella and reserve.
  2. Top flatbread with even layer of tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Place sliced cheese on top of tomatoes. Place it on the plate.
  3. Cook as per oven profile, top with the basil and serve.
Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
