Ingredients:
100 g 3.52 oz/wt Smoked haddock fillet
100 g 3.52 oz/wt Mature grated cheddar
1 tbs 1 tbs Mild yellow mustard
1 tbs 1 tbs Worchester sauce
1 pc 1 pc Egg yolk
1 tbs 1 tbs Olive Oil
100 g 3.52 oz/wt Smoked haddock fillet
100 g 3.52 oz/wt Mature grated cheddar
1 tbs 1 tbs Mild yellow mustard
1 tbs 1 tbs Worchester sauce
1 pc 1 pc Egg yolk
1 tbs 1 tbs Olive Oil
Preparation:
  1. Cut and trim the haddock into a nice square- mix the grated cheese, crab meat, yolk, and a table spoon of mild mustard together with a splash of the Worchester sauce, then top the fish (1/2 cm thick).
  2. Prepare the tomatoes to your liking, season and dress with the salad dressing and basil leaves.
  3. Blitz the cooked beetroots with some of the salad dressing and olive oil until smooth and the correct consistency. Plate & enjoy!
