Ingredients:
| 100 g 3.52 oz/wt | Smoked haddock fillet |
| 100 g 3.52 oz/wt | Mature grated cheddar |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Mild yellow mustard |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Worchester sauce |
| 1 pc 1 pc | Egg yolk |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Olive Oil |
| 100 g 3.52 oz/wt | Smoked haddock fillet |
| 100 g 3.52 oz/wt | Mature grated cheddar |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Mild yellow mustard |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Worchester sauce |
| 1 pc 1 pc | Egg yolk |
| 1 tbs 1 tbs | Olive Oil |
Preparation:
- Cut and trim the haddock into a nice square- mix the grated cheese, crab meat, yolk, and a table spoon of mild mustard together with a splash of the Worchester sauce, then top the fish (1/2 cm thick).
- Prepare the tomatoes to your liking, season and dress with the salad dressing and basil leaves.
- Blitz the cooked beetroots with some of the salad dressing and olive oil until smooth and the correct consistency. Plate & enjoy!
