Preparation:
- In a bowl mix the minced beef, egg yolk, mustard, panade, spring onions, and herbs. Spread the mixture on the pastry. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the pastry and cut them into 1 inch thick pieces. Place them on the tray and brush with cream.
- Cook as per oven profile and serve garnished with spinach and diced bell pepper.
