Ingredients:
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Meatballs precooked
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Onions
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Broccoli florets
1 tsp 1 tsp Gochujang (Chilli Paste)
1 tsp 1 tbs Ganjang (Soya Sauce)
1 tsp 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
1 pc 1 pc Egg
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
100 g 3.53 oz/wt Meatballs precooked
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Onions
50 g 1.76 oz/wt Broccoli florets
1 tsp 1 tsp Gochujang (Chilli Paste)
1 tsp 1 tbs Ganjang (Soya Sauce)
1 tsp 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
1 pc 1 pc Egg
Preparation:
  1. Cut the onion in bigger cubes. Mix the tomatoes with garlic, chilli paste and soya sauce and fill it with the meatballs, onions and broccoli into the bowl. Cook as per oven profile.
  2. After step 1 pour the egg into the centre of the sauce and continue to cook as per profile and serve.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
