Ingredients:
2 slice 2 slice Bacon Rashers
4 slice 4 slice Tomato slices
2 slice 2 slice Pre-cooked chicken
2 pcs 2 pcs Boiled eggs sliced
2 tsp 2 tsp Iceburg lettuce shredded, mixed with mayonnaise
3 slice 3 slice Bread
2 slice 2 slice Bacon Rashers
4 slice 4 slice Tomato slices
2 slice 2 slice Pre-cooked chicken
2 pcs 2 pcs Boiled eggs sliced
2 tsp 2 tsp Iceburg lettuce shredded, mixed with mayonnaise
3 slice 3 slice Bread
Preparation:
  1. Assemble the panini press and place it onto the cavity stubs. Close the oven door and preheat as required.
  2. Layer the lettuce, chicken, and egg onto a slice of bread and layer the tomatoes, and bacon onto the second slice of bread.
  3. Add the third slice of bread on top of the lettuce and egg layer, leaving the tomato and bacon slice open.
  4. Lay it all onto the liner in the paddle and insert it into the preheated panini press.
  5. Cook as per oven profile.
  6. Build the club sandwich and serve garnished.

Tips:
  1. For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
  2. To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
