Ingredients:

| 4 tbs 4 tbs | Brown sugar |
| 6 tbs 6 tbs | Macarpone |
| Few pcs Few pcs | Raspberries |
| Few pinch Few pinch | Icing Sugar |
Preparation:
- Cut banana on an angle and top it with brown sugar, let the sugar dissolve to form a syrup.
- Put banana bread on a natural liner. Place brown sugared banana on a half size tray.
- Cook banana bread as per oven profile, adding the banana for the second stage.
- Serve banana bread cut in half with caramalised banana, marcapone, raspberries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Tips:
- For more colour (browning), increase the fan speed. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the microwave.
- To make the food hotter, increase internal temperature by adjusting the microwave power. If you are already at 100% - increase the time, and decrease the fan power.
