Global leaders in high speed ovens, Merrychef leads the way again with its new Merrychef Oven Cavity Liner. This innovative new product significantly cuts cleaning time at the end of service, helping staff as well as saving money for operators.
Developed at the home of speed cooking in Sheffield, the brand has once again delivered an innovative product that delivers a 90% reduction in chemical usage, a 90% reduction in protector usage and a 76% reduction in labour time to clean ovens^, revolutionising the cleaning for Merrychef conneX®12 and eikon e2s high speed ovens*.

The new Merrychef Oven Cavity Liner is easy to install and results in impressive savings for operators. Reducing cleaning chemical use, reducing plastic waste (using fewer chemical bottles), and reducing storage requirements are all ticks for the new Merrychef Oven Cavity Liner.
Using the new liner, there are only two surfaces of the oven that need cleaning. The back of the oven should be cleaned and then sprayed with Merrychef’s protector spray, and the top / roof simply wiped down, making it much easier and quicker for kitchen teams at the end of service. The Oven Cavity Liner can be washed in warm, soapy water, dried and easily replaced back into the oven.
