It's full speed ahead for Merrychef's UK engineers as the company's new fleet of dedicated service vans hit the road this summer. The eye-catching new vans incorporate the new Enodis UK branding.
Director of Service, Colin Lacey, said:
"We have 16 UK engineers based throughout the country. Operating from fully stocked service vans ensures that Merrychef engineers have the spare parts available immediately to repair an oven at the first attempt on site. We are proud of our 97% first-time fix rate and only in very exceptional circumstances will an oven be repaired off site."
"And with clients on our Platinum Service contracts assured of a four hour response rate, its essential that the fleet is up to the task."
