Erich Dussert, has joined Merrychef as Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.


Reporting directly to International Business Development Director, Peter Hunkemöller, Erich is based in Lyon, France, and will work closely with chain accounts in EMEA including SUBWAY, Yum!, Statoil, 7 Eleven, BP, Bako and many others.


Erich’s mother tongue is French and he speaks fluent English and Spanish.  He has a Masters in Export, Marketing and Management and a degree in Business Administration, Languages and Information Technology.  He brings a wealth of international business knowledge gained in previous roles at Pavailler, manufacturers of bakery equipment and Churchill PLC.  At Pavailler he was responsible for strategic sales planning across European, Middle East and American markets.  Previously Erich spent five years with Churchill China PLC managing key hypermarket and retail store accounts across Europe.  He was also responsible for selecting and establishing a distribution network to introduce Churchill’s collections to the South American markets.
