BILLED as one of the most exciting events of the Craft Guild of Chefs (London) diary for 2004 - the Innovation & Technology Showcase took place at the fashionable Citrus Restaurant, Sheraton Park Lane Hotel on Wednesday, 3rd November.
Sponsored by Merrychef, a business partner of the Craft Guild, the event was attended by more than 40 top chefs from the Craft Guild's London region.
The event showcased the benefits of accelerated cooking for restaurants. Chefs from Merrychef tempted guests with a selection of hot canaps, tapas and souffls (both twice-baked cheese and chocolate).
