08.00 - 18.00 daily

Target Response Time:

48 Hours.

Service Desk / Service Commercial Manager / Service Director.

Coverage:

National Network of specialist Merrychef trained Field Engineers & Authorised Service Organisations (excluding non mainland  & the Republic of Ireland).

 

Extended Warranty Basics

 

Labour:

Labour charges included in warranty price for all breakdown call-outs.

Breakdown Call-outs:

All breakdown call-out charges included in warranty.

Warranty terms:

Warranties are for each individual oven (not by site).

 

What else is included in Extended Warranty

  • All genuine new manufacturer's specified replacement parts fitted free of charge.
  • Written Service Visit Report (SVR) for breakdowns, providing details of work carried out and parts fitted for each oven.

 

What is excluded from the Extended Warranty

  • Out of normal business hours attendance.
  • All breakdowns resulting from failure to operate or regularly clean equipment in accordance with user guide instructions.
  • Deliberate damage or negligence by customer.
  • Engineer call-out where no fault is found with the oven.
  • Work carried out on ovens by unauthorised service organisation engineers.
  • Annual OCIE inspection and report
