Extensive use of modern computer-based modelling and simulation technology enables the Merrychef Team to develop new and novel products at high speed to meet an increasingly demanding market.

In-house Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and manufacture enables Merrychef to offer its customers an exceptional degree of flexibility and response to individual requirements.  This, with the addition of Merrychef's skills in the design and development of bespoke embedded microprocessors and software, creates a formidable offering.

This offering is further bolstered by Merrychef's close ties to a number of Regulatory Bodies.  All ovens need to be both functional and safe for use; our strict adherence to current best practice is always at the forefront of all of our products.

Merrychef has a long history of innovative design, from the automatic door of the Microcook HD range through to the world's first re-circulating combination and impingement ovens.  More recent advancement allows, in some instances, for ovens to be monitored remotely via a simple Local Area Network connection.!

Merrychef's leadership in technology is constantly reinforced by the filing of numerous international patents; examples being the Merrychef 403 and 503 ventless ovens and, more recently, covering the advanced 402s accelerated cooking oven.
