Merrychef Appoints New Product Development Manager

MERRYCHEF ACCELERATES APPOINTMENT OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Global accelerated cooking technology expert, Merrychef Ltd, part of the Enodis Group, has announced the appointment of Phil Radford to the newly created role of New Product Development Manager.

Phil, who has a Masters in Engineering, joins Merrychef from the pharmaceutical industry, most recently working for Runfold Medical, a full service contract manufacturing operation.

At Merrychef, Phil will apply engineering principles, experience of high volume manufacturing techniques and his knowledge of leading edge design principles to ensure the fast and efficient commercialisation of products and accessories in Merrychef’s award winning Accelerated Cooking Technology® oven series.

 Phil will report to Merrychef Technical Director, Nigel Thorneywork.  Talking about the new role, Nigel said:

“New Product Development is a key area for Merrychef, with plans to introduce a new product portfolio and triple the size of the team, under Phil’s leadership, in the next three years, building on Merrychef’s long history of innovative design.
